Job Title
We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our leaders in identifying skill and capability needs, coordinating training activities, and maintaining accurate records. You will be responsible for assisting with inductions, safety and technical training, managing early-career programs such as traineeships and apprenticeships.
This role requires strong computer skills across Microsoft Office suite and the ability to coordinate and deliver training activities across a diverse workforce. High-level interpersonal communication skills with a customer-focused approach are essential.
* A Certificate level or higher qualification in administration or adult education is required. Demonstrated understanding of the Australian Qualifications Training Framework is also necessary.
