Summary
CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with an expanding Commercial & Industrial building head contractor, who have gone from strength to strength over the past 5 years.
Due to newly awarded projects, they are seeking a Site Manager with a proven background on either commercial or industrial building projects, who are interested in a fresh new change & challenge, joining an expanding business with the opportunity to grow with the business.
Projects typically span in the $5-20m value range.
The Role - Site Manager
An excellent opportunity for either a Site Manager with a proven track record / delivering projects or potentially an experienced Site Supervisor, ready to take the next step & lead the site.
All site management responsibilities; coordinating with the Project Manager & wider delivery team, managing sub contractors, trades & equipment, HSEQ etc. in a well rounded role.
The preferred candidate will come from a trade qualified Carpentry background.

As you'll be joining an expanding business with a relatively young team, the owners are looking for someone driven who wants to grow with the business as it expands, creating more opportunities.
Salary will align with experience, ranging from $135-140 k + Super + $8k vehicle allowance.
