We are currently seeking Casual Warehouse Labourers to work in our Rockhampton warehouse, 20 to 25 hours per week Tuesday to Friday.
To be successful you would be:
* Experienced in the assembly and placement of furniture, you would be good with your hands and think outside the box to solve problems onsite.
* A good work ethic
* Some basic handyman skills helpful in the occasional repair
* Willing to lift furniture and assist with unloading trucks, organising furniture deliveries.
Responsibilities
* We receive trucks into the warehouse each week; we unload, assemble, and prepare orders and stock for delivery.
This is a labour-intensive role, so the successful applicant must be able to fulfil this role. Our furniture is solid recycled timber, some pieces are in excess of 100kg, and while you are not required to lift independently, the lift is still heavy. The role is fast-paced.
