You Bring
* Proven experience leading an early learning service
* A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
* Strong knowledge of the NQS, NQF and quality practice
* Kind, courageous leadership that builds trust and capability
* A deep commitment to child and cultural safety
* Strong communication, organisation and relationship skills
