As an Assistant Manager you will :Coordinate a team to deliver daily operational activities and high-end customer services ensuring that guest experiences exceed expectations and compliment the centre.Envision and implement customer interactions that meet or exceed customer needs and generate new ideas in line with market trends to innovate existing processes and practices.Create a high-performance team culture by providing timely support to the team via training, mentoring, quality assurance activities and act as the first point of escalation.Consistently measure the quality of customer experience and provide useful insights to inform improvements and decision-making.To be successful you'll have :A Degree with substantial subsequent relevant experience; orExtensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; orAn equivalent combination of relevant experience and / or education / training.Experience in leading and managing a front-of-house team.Knowledge of licensing laws and food safety regulations.Level 1 First Aid and Chief Warden training.How to apply :Please submit your updated resume and a short cover letter outlining your skills and experience.For a confidential discussion regarding this role please contact Eddie Khor (Centre Manager).
