About the role
We are looking for a Sales Support Officer to join our growing team on a permanent basis.
Our Sales Support Officers are the first point of contact for clients interacting with Elders. Your excellent customer service skills will form the backbone of the branch, supporting the sales team in building client relationships. With the support of the Elders network, you will have the tools to guide clients through the end-to-end sales process and opportunities to learn and advance your career.
Responsibilities
As a key team member, your day will include:
Providing expert administrative support to foster professional relationships
Supporting all aspects of the sales process and assisting with office operations
Creating promotional and marketing materials to promote the Elders brand
Collaborating with the team to explore new opportunities for clients
Maximising promotional activities, including field days and community events
Assisting with expense management to ensure effective branch operations
About you
