**Job Title:** Financial Transactions Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Financial Transactions Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for reconciling bank and credit card transactions, managing accounts payable, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and compliance, assisting in BAS preparation and supporting month-end and year-end financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
* Manage accounts payable by processing invoices, paying bills, and maintaining accurate payment records.
* Ensure accurate financial record-keeping and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Assist in the preparation of Business Activity Statements (BAS) and provide support for month-end and year-end financial processes.
Requirements:
* Technical proficiency in MYOB, Microsoft 365, Excel, Word, Outlook, and general accounting software.
* Strong skills in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial management.
* High level of accuracy, organisation, and ability to multitask independently.
