Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Sydney, NSW, with the flexibility of some work-from-home options. As a Travel Consultant, you will assist clients by crafting tailor‐made travel itineraries and managing reservations. Responsibilities include liaising with travel agents, arranging travel services, managing bookings, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining thorough knowledge of Lux Voyages' destinations and products. You will uphold the company's high standards of personalized service and destination expertise to support travel agents in exceeding client expectations.
Qualifications
1. Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating bespoke travel itineraries.
2. Experience with Travel Arrangements and handling complex trip planning logistics.
3. Strong skills in Customer Service and ability to build relationships with travel agents and clients.
4. Knowledge of Reservations systems and ticketing processes.
5. Familiarity with South Pacific destinations, including French Polynesia, New Caledonia, and the Maldives, is highly advantageous.
6. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
7. Proficiency in using travel industry software and tools.
8. Previous experience in the travel industry or a related field is preferred.
