This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and helping clients maximize their Workday investment.
1. Deliver top-notch customer service by understanding business requirements, sharing industry knowledge, and adapting to challenging situations.
2. Develop system configuration solutions and articulate product capabilities while explaining benefits and risks of design decisions.
3. Support multiple customers concurrently on short-duration projects.
4. Enjoy the reward of helping customers become self-sufficient, stabilize and optimize their Workday applications, and learn about new features.
Collaborate with an Engagement Manager to deliver services such as Feature Adoption Workshops, Functional Reviews, Health Checks, and additional consulting services.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
We seek candidates with:
* 5+ years of experience with Workday configurations.
* 5+ years of IT implementation experience.
* 2+ years of software consulting experience.
Desirable qualifications include:
* Workday Certification in HCM and at least one of the following: Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, or Learning.
* Experience with PeopleSoft, SAP, or Oracle.
* Ability to lead and influence design meetings.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Global implementation experience.
* Ability to work on multiple engagements simultaneously.
