Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Townsville, QLD for an Accountant. The successful candidate will handle financial record-keeping, prepare financial statements and tax returns and assist with providing advie to clients and ensure compliance with taxation and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities also include conducting financial analysis, and offering advisory support on tax and business matters. You will collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality, tailored solutions for clients while upholding AAG's commitment to excellence and precision.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Tax and Accounting Practices, including financial reporting
* High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
* Proficiency with accounting software, spreadsheet applications, and financial tools
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, or a closely related field; CA or CPA qualification preferred
* Strong communication and client relationship management skills
