* Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest enhancements to our service offerings
* Elevate complex or recurring issues to our IT management team for resolution
* Ongoing asset management of client devices to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A strong passion for customer service and a willingness to engage with people from diverse backgrounds
* Relevant tertiary qualification and/or significant work experience in IT support
* Prior experience working with the Microsoft enterprise stack (Windows 10, Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune UEM)
* Ability to troubleshoot Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft office suites, hardware, and networking-related faults
* Able to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team with a strong desire to learn and upskill
