Job Summary
* We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting in the provision of administrative support to our team and external clients
* Marketing and social media administration support
* Liaising with IT providers to ensure business IT requirements are met
* Monitor and delegate shared mailboxes
* Assisting with scheduling accommodation bookings
* Working closely with the Operations Team to support field administrative requirements
* Contract and project administration, including reviewing and authorising field Employee timesheets and employee training records management
* HR administration, onboarding of new Employees and maintaining databases
* OH&S administration support
* Assisting with scheduling and organizing meetings & events
* Liaising with suppliers and purchasing supplies
Key Requirements
* Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Teams, Planner, Forms, Outlook)
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Highly organised and able to meet deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail for producing documents and reviewing records
* Exceptional communication skills and highly professional customer service
* Effective prioritisation skills and adherence of strict deadlines
* Ability to apply critical thinking and a can-do approach
* Ability to maintain and strengthen relationships with employees, clients and suppliers
* Ability to take on new challenges and projects and work proactively to find solutions
* Desire to work in a dynamic team environment
