As a Junior Help Desk Analyst, you will build an exciting career in technology.
The role is based in our Support Office at Summer Hill (NSW), within walking distance of public transport.
Key Responsibilities:
* We examine polling and store connections daily to ensure seamless operations.
* We process sales data through Pathway to maintain accuracy.
* We complete store closure procedures efficiently.
* We set up, maintain and support registers, iPads and peripherals for new stores.
* We test and implement Windows and Advance Retail upgrades to enhance performance.
* We provide technical assistance to resolve issues or queries promptly.
* We document knowledge base information to improve response times.
* We assist with ad hoc duties required by the department.
* Fulfill after-hours responsibilities when rostered on outside business hours: Attend to telephone queries during opening and closing hours, Assist with minor issues in-store, Communicate unsuccessful contact attempts to managers/supervisors, Monitor helpdesk alerts and BackOffice Database issues.
Requirements:
* A high level of customer service ensures client satisfaction.
* Experience in Advance Retail is essential.
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are necessary.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* POS hardware experience is beneficial.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills are crucial.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital.
