Key Responsibilities:

* Financial Growth: Drive overall sales and profit targets, optimising commercial strategies to achieve blended margin KPIs.
* Market Insight: Understand market dynamics and collaborate with buyers to increase vendor participation and product selection.
* System Integration: Clearly explain and manage the process of partnership integration from onboarding to live operations.
* Commercial Negotiation: Support the buying team in negotiating commercial frameworks.
About You:
To excel in this role, you'll possess:
* 3-5 years' relevant experience in retail, preferably ecommerce trade or digital business models.
* Online and significant retail purchasing experience.
* Superior commercial acumen and strong negotiating/influencing skills.
* Proven experience in managing supplier relationships.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* High-level planning, organisational, and time management skills.
* Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a team.
