Policy, Programs and Engagement Division

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Change Manager
to join our Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO). In this role, you will assess, design and deliver organisational change management activities that support strategic objectives and uplift capability across the Agency.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct change management analysis, including impacts, stakeholder and readiness assessments, to inform evidence-based strategies and plans.
* Coordinate communications and engagement activities including newsletters and forums.
* Provide tailored change management advice to project teams and stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain instructional resources and self-help materials for project and program management.

What You'll Bring
* Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Change Management or a related field, or recognised accreditation (e.g. Prosci).
* Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing change management frameworks and activities.
* Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience working in fast-paced, complex environments.
* Government or health sector experience (highly desirable).
Eligibility
* Ability to obtain and maintain national police check.
* Australian Citizenship is a condition of eligibility.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a baseline security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a higher clearance if required by the Agency.

Salary:
This role offers between
$98,045 - $110,612 plus 15.4% superannuation depending on skills and experience.
