Overview
We are opening the brand‐new MECCA Townsville store in tropical North Queensland. The 500 sqm space features eight makeup chairs, two skin beds and a stunning Perfumeria, designed for locals and visitors alike. We are looking for Hosts who thrive in a fast‐paced retail environment and will bring the MECCA magic to life every day.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the go‐to expert in your category (makeup, skin, fragrance and operations) and help customers find the best products for their needs.
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the store.
* Coach and upskill peers, showcasing your expertise to build your category.
* Assist in all in‐store activities, including support activations across brands, events and experiences.
Requirements
* Availability to work late evenings and weekends.
* Proven experience performing services in your category.
* Ability to create unforgettable moments for our customers.
