This role sits in a regulated environment, supporting a global platform within a small, well-run Australian team with global backup support. It's hybrid (Perth office + WFH) & offers a mix of structured support work plus some initial process improvement, with occasional WA site visits — structured, but not boring.
This is a not a chaotic, reactive MSP helpdesk - No deskside support, walk-ups & constant fire-fighting The team is small, focused & well managed with realistic workloads and good balance.
What We're Looking For
* 2–3 years' experience in a Service Desk or Technical Support role
* Clear communicator who enjoys structured environments
* Degree and/or relevant IT certifications preferred
* Telecommunications or networking exposure is a bonus
* Australian citizenship required due to the sensitive nature of the work
