Role Overview
The primary objective of this role is to drive growth across national and international markets, identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and acting as a senior representative of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Market Development
Develop business development strategies, identify and engage biotech/pharma clients, monitor market trends, and position the company as a trusted partner for end-to-end CMC services.
Client Engagement & Commercial Execution
* Manage the full business development lifecycle, including prospecting, proposal development, pricing, contract negotiations, and deal closure.
Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
Establish collaborations with CROs, distributors, academic institutions, and clinical trial networks.
Collaboration with Project Management & Technical Teams
Work closely with project management to ensure smooth handover of projects and provide clear communication of client requirements, timelines, commitments, and deliverables.
