Thryv is searching for a Tenured, Coaching Focused, Results Driven Team Leader to guide our Software Sales Advisors and Client Enablement Advocates. A high impact, remote team supporting Business Advisors across Australia and New Zealand. About The Role

Software Sales Advisors (SSAs)

Your SSAs conduct tailored, persuasive Thryv product demonstrations for leads identified by Business Advisors (BAs).

They Partner Closely With BAs To

* Understand the lead's specific needs
* Demonstrate the software's value and impact
* Influence buying decisions
* Work alongside the BA to close the deal
* Identify opportunities to increase sales order value

Your leadership lifts their sales confidence, influence, demo quality and conversion outcomes all contributing to a team revenue target you will lead.

Client Enablement Advocates (CEAs)

CEAs support BAs across ANZ by providing proactive and reactive insights that:

* Help new SaaS clients grow
* Highlight opportunities in newly assigned portfolios
* Support retention for at risk SaaS clients
* Your coaching builds their ability to deliver insights that genuinely shift revenue outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a coaching-first, sales-performance leadership role.

You Will

* Deliver high impact coaching that improves demo execution, discovery quality, objection handling and closing skills.
* Improve sales behaviours that drive higher conversion rates and increased order value.
* Analyse demo performance and build personalised coaching plans.
* Lift commercial confidence across SSAs and CEAs.
* Lead your team toward achieving (and exceeding) a revenue target.
* Manage performance and conduct matters with clarity and experience.
* Build a winning, fun, motivated remote team culture.
* Partner with Sales Leaders across ANZ to ensure BAs receive world‐class support.
* Ensure CEAs produce insightful, actionable content that supports both growth and retention.

Who You Are

You'll excel in this role if you are:

* A tenured people leader with experience leading sales teams (non-negotiable).
* A person with proven success improving sales outcomes, exceeding targets, or lifting team performance.
* A coach who thrives on structured development rhythms and hands‐on skill building.
* Confident in managing performance expectations and conduct‐related matters.
* Strong in communication, influence and stakeholder partnership.
* Energetic, positive and great at building high trust remote environments.

Highly Preferable (Not Mandatory)

* SaaS industry experience.
* Telesales leadership or operational background.
* Previous experience working in or leading WFH teams.
