ConsultANZ is looking for a Contract Administrator for a well-established construction company in Sydney. This role will support contract management, commercial operations, and project delivery across multiple construction projects. Main Duties: Assist in negotiating and reviewing client contracts, including preparing departure tables. Process variations, claims, and progress payment applications. Support construction teams with day-to-day commercial and contractual matters. Ensure contracts are properly administered and compliant with company policies. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Support the Commercial Manager with reporting and contract administration tasks. Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. 3-5 years’ experience in Contract Administration or Quantity Surveying. Strong understanding of construction contracts, variations, and claims. Background in CA or QS, with strong commercial and contractual knowledge. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently. Legal or contract-related training will be highly regarded.
