Mobile Equipment Maintenance Professional

About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the health of heavy mining equipment using real-time data, inspecting and identifying cracks in the fleet, and providing guidance to the execution team on required actions.
You will also conduct inspections on high-stress points in assets to determine asset condition, comply with relevant internal and industry-accepted standards, and accurately report all completed inspections using approved reporting formats.
Key Responsibilities
1. Monitoring the health of heavy mining equipment using real-time data
2. Inspecting and identifying cracks in the fleet
3. Providing guidance to the execution team on required actions
4. Conducting inspections on high-stress points in assets to determine asset condition
5. Complying with relevant internal and industry-accepted standards
6. Accurately reporting all completed inspections using approved reporting formats
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Heavy machinery trade qualification
* Analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and computer skills
* Knowledge of SAP maintenance systems
* ISO 9712 certification in UT1, MT2, and VT2
* Oil analysis experience
* Maintenance experience with Komatsu, Caterpillar, and Hitachi HME
