Main Responsibilities
This role involves delivering top-notch support across various Microsoft solutions, including Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, and Exchange.
* Providing in-depth knowledge of AD, with a focus on Azure, as well as end-user support expertise.
* Demonstrating a solid understanding of Windows Server, Exchange, and cloud platforms.
You'll work closely with senior engineers to maintain efficient and organized environments.
