Occupational Therapist

About the Role
* Caseload: Primarily paediatrics, including children with Autism, Global Developmental Delay, sensory processing differences, and motor coordination challenges
* Focus Areas: Fine and gross motor development, sensory integration, school readiness, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and self-care skills
* Service Settings: Clinic-based with optional outreach to homes and schools
* KPI: 5 billable hours/day (includes sessions, planning, documentation, assessments, and travel)
You can expect:
* Salary: $103,000 - $123,600 total package based on experience
* Bonuses: Earn performance bonuses once caseload reaches 80% – without needing to overextend
