Creative Activation is New Zealand's leading mystery shopping and merchandising agency representing some of New Zealand's biggest retail clients. We are currently searching for new Mystery Shoppers to join our Customer Experience Team! As a Mystery Shopper, you will evaluate and make detailed observations on your customer experience in leading supermarkets, service stations, retail outlets, kiosks and restaurants. To be a Creative Activation Mystery Shopper, you must: Be at least 18 years old Be passionate about improving retail customer experience Excellent attention to detail and information retention skills Enthusiastic, well presented and reliable High level communication skills Good organisation skills and the ability to work autonomously Intermediate computer skills and regular access to Internet, printer and a mobile phone Smartphone, iPad/tablet or digital camera What's in it for you? In store visits vary from 5 - 30 minutes and can be scheduled around your own personal commitments Very attractive remuneration: Each job payment varies between $19- $50.
