We're after a sharp, well-rounded administrator to play a flexible and dynamic role within our busy administration team: keeping customers looked after, suppliers sorted, and our field crews where they need to be.
The role
Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm, based at our West Kalgoorlie workshop
First point of contact for customers, suppliers and field crew — in person, by phone and email
Managing quotes, bookings, sales and invoicing
Coordinating stock, ordering and supplier relationships
Helping mobilise field teams to mining sites — site access, inductions and approvals
General scheduling, accounts and day-to-day office admin
What you'll bring
Solid administration experience, ideally in a service or trades business
Confidence on a computer and quick to pick up new systems (we'll train you on our job management software)
A genuine focus on customer service
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure, comfortable juggling competing jobs and interruptions
Reliability and the ability to work well as a part of a team
Advanced problem solving skills and initiative
