We are currently recruiting for a motivated, flexible, self‐starter to join our team as a Assistant Sales Manager at our Jaguar Land Rover Dealership in Springwood.
About The Opportunity
This role will be responsible for leading the sales team, overseeing stock, reporting, and data analysis to ensure effective operations and growth. The successful candidate will undertake the below:
* Achieve long and short term sales, gross and profit objectives
* Ensure that all CRM scores are at benchmark or better
* Ensure the Sales process is being closely monitored and controlled
* Ensure Dealer Sockets diary is up to date. Prospecting potential new clients through telephone and other marketing techniques
* Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales to delivery process
* On every occasion ensure that all interactions by the dealership are of the highest standard, both internally and externally
About You
Success in this role requires a customer‐led mindset, highly developed communication skills, and the confidence to make decisions and drive outcomes in a fast‐paced environment. You will demonstrate:
* Extensive experience working in a similar role within the Automotive Industry
* Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Outstanding negotiation skills
* Ability to set goals and targets and lead your team to success
* Knowledge of motor dealership systems
* Conflict resolution skills
* Intermediate level in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
* Be able to work under pressure and to a deadline
