Your new role
In this vital role, you'll lead self-assurance activities across education centres, supporting teams to meet regulatory standards and uplift service delivery. You'll work with internal stakeholders across courseware, audit, risk and compliance to drive outcomes that contribute to a culture of improvement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and improve course delivery, ensuring alignment with TAFE standards.
* Advise centre staff on meeting compliance expectations and best practices.
* Guide course development to reflect educational technology and delivery excellence
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a keen eye for process improvement, compliance, and innovation within the TAFE sector with an analytical mindset, supported by:
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
* Working knowledge of audit, compliance, quality assurance, and regulatory standards in vocational education.
* Degree in Business, Education or relevant experience in project and quality management.
