Your new role
As a sales consultant, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with new and existing clients. Your day-to-day will include:
* Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the construction and machinery sectors
* Managing the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to closing the deal
* Providing expert advice on their product range and tailoring solutions to meet client needs
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
This role is based in Yatala and will involve interstate travel to client sites.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
* Proven experience in sales, ideally within the machinery, construction, or industrial sectors
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* A proactive, customer-focused approach
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A current driving licence (essential)
Experience with CRM systems and a background in technical sales will be highly regarded.
