 
        
        We are seeking a skilled Health and Wellbeing Specialist to assist in delivering our health and safety plan.
This role involves working closely with operational teams to investigate injury causation, assess related risks, and provide practical solutions to de-risk work activities and reduce injuries.
Key responsibilities include facilitating policies and procedures, managing providers, and overseeing early injury intervention physiotherapy services.
 * Execute the Health & Safety Strategy, acting as a single point of contact for proactive and reactive health and wellbeing matters.
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with human resources, health and safety, operational, and corporate stakeholders, contributing to strategic programs and projects.
 * Provide leadership, technical advice, and practical solutions for a wide range of health and wellbeing issues, including occupational hygiene and health monitoring, mental health, psychosocial risk, and job design.
 * Coach and build capability in operational teams on key health and safety activities such as AOD program facilitation, musculoskeletal and ergonomic risk reduction, fatigue management, and early injury intervention.
 * Manage Return to Work processes (work and non-work related), oversee Health & Safety Management System implementation and improvement, and support continuous wellbeing initiatives.
Requirements include a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a similar role within a high-risk manufacturing, construction, utilities, mining, or similar industry.
A Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Hygiene, Exercise Physiology, Health Science, or similar is required.
