About the Role
As a key member of our Player Development team, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue, monitoring inventory management, and evaluating supply and demand of all Player Development inventory.
Your areas of focus will include:
* Hotel rooms/suites
* Premium dining
* Hard Rock Live shows
* Off-property events
* Internal event programming
Key Responsibilities
You will partner with various departments to gather and summarize data, optimize revenue for casino marketing events, analyze large data sets, and make data-driven recommendations for changes to program/event criteria.
Qualifications
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* (2) years of analytic experience
* BA preferred
* Experience in using desktop computers, MS Office applications, and casino software applications for player tracking and reporting data
* Casino or hospitality experience preferred
* Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English
Work Environment
You will work in a fast-paced environment with some exposure to casino-related environmental factors, including crowds, secondhand smoke, and excessive noise.
