We are seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time role with approximately 13-17 hours of work per week.
As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting all elements of store operations, and demonstrating strong product knowledge to assist customers.
* Deliver outstanding customer service
* Support sales transactions, visual merchandising, stock replenishment/deliveries
* Demonstrate product expertise to enhance customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Store Operations: Support all elements of store operations, including sales transactions, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment/deliveries.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
