We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Duty Manager to join this busy venue in Karratha, WA.
Unfortunately, we cannot sponsor, so you musthave full Australian Working Rights.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands-on leadership role, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
For the right candidate, accommodation is available to support relocation.
What you'll do:
- Oversee day-to-day venue operations to ensure exceptional service and standards
- Lead, support, and motivate front-of-house teams
- Manage staff rosters and shift performance
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and company policies
- Assist senior management with venue administration and reporting
What we're looking for:
- Previous leadership experience in hospitality (bars, pubs, restaurants, or similar)
- Strong communication and people management skills
- A customer-first mindset with proven problem-solving ability
- RSA Certificate (mandatory)
- WA Approved Managers Card
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
