What we're looking for:
* Experience working in a small, fast-paced kitchen.
* Comfortable working across all stations as needed including daily preparation.
* Breakfast and catering experience are a must. Trade qualified chef.
* Strong focus on organization, food safety, cleanliness, stock rotation, inventory control, manage costs and waste.
* Quality assurance – Oversee dishes being served and plated to make sure they are of a high standard, and each dish is uniform in presentation with a keen eye for detail.
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Great communication skills – English Speaking.
* Well-groomed/presented clean cut chef – open kitchen.
* Able to multitask and react to situations and think on your feet.
* Menu creation, planning and weekly special suggestions to reflect seasonal ingredients.
* No 88-day Visa Applicants or Sponsorship
* Willing to commit to more of a long-term position
* Must work well within a small group.
* Reliable and punctual.
* High morale among team members with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
