Key Responsibilities
* Contract Management: Assist in drafting employment contracts for cast and crew members, ensuring compliance with relevant certified agreements and employment conditions.
* Onboarding and Staffing Support: Facilitate the employee onboarding process for creative and production personnel, including contract creation, hiring, payroll, and expense processing.
* Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, oversee payment processing, and guide them through complicated processes to meet company policies.
