Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to oversee maintenance activities across our primary manufacturing site. This is a hands-on frontline leadership role that requires the ability to coach, set standards, and foster engagement among team members. The successful candidate will lead a team of 9-13 tradespeople, supervisors, and contractors, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of plant equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee maintenance activities across multiple sites.
* Lead a team of tradespeople, supervisors, and contractors.
* Ensure optimal performance and reliability of plant equipment and facilities.
* Shift maintenance culture from reactive to preventative.
Requirements:
Relevant trade qualification- ideally with a mechanical background;
Proven leadership experience in a maintenance or reliability-focused environment;
Experience working with rotating equipment (separators, decanters, screw conveyors);
Background in FMCG, chemicals, oil & gas, or other high-standard manufacturing industries;
Strong coaching skills and the ability to develop a diverse, multi-skilled team;
Hands-on approach combined with the ability to contribute to long-term maintenance strategy;
