 
        
        As a skilled perioperative nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and acting as a clinical resource to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
The Position:
 * Supervise nursing practice and maintain standards of excellence in patient care.
 * Promote professional development and support the growth of clinical skills relevant to your area of practice.
 * Coordinate complex patient care plans and lead multidisciplinary teams.
 * Advocate for patients' rights and interests at all times.
 * Evaluate the quality of nursing practice and participate in initiatives aimed at improving patient care.
 * Ensure the safe and effective use of equipment by healthcare professionals.
 * Contribute to the development of evidence-based clinical policies and procedures.
 * Document patient care according to established standards and regulatory requirements.
 * Deputize for senior leadership roles as required.
To succeed in this role, you will have demonstrated strong leadership abilities, collaboration, effective communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
You are expected to be registered with the relevant Nursing Board as a Registered Nurse with significant experience in perioperative care.
