The Client Service Officer plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction in an award-winning contact centre.

As the primary point of contact for clients, you will manage client relationships, produce welcome emails for new clients, and assist with inquiries aligned with our service offerings.

Your responsibilities will also include drafting and producing client communications, managing chat and email inquiries, and responding to calls from key stakeholders. Effective problem-solving and time management skills are essential in client service operations.
