News Corp Australia is seeking a proactive Client Operations Executive to join our Client Partnerships team. This role is the essential engine room that keeps our commercial priorities moving, offering a unique chance to gain broad exposure across multiple business departments and provide a clear pathway into future Client Operations and Project Management careers.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate day-to-day operational activities, manage organized systems, and handle essential administrative tasks (data entry, document management) to support seamless team delivery.
* Prepare and edit accurate reports and presentations using advanced Google Workspace skills (Google Sheets formulas, Pivot Tables, Google Slides) to facilitate smooth information flow across the business.
* Assist directly with tracking project milestones, deliverables, and documentation, providing foundational support that helps you learn project rhythms and dependencies across Operations.
* Be our fresh eyes You will observe, identify, and share suggestions to simplify workflows, reduce duplication, and refine processes, contributing to better team efficiency.
* Play a key part in planning and coordinating internal team events and social activities, helping to maintain a positive, inclusive, and connected workplace culture.
Who are you?
* You possess strong organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail, thrive on keeping systems current and accessible, and can effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Advanced experience with Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and Google Slides is mandatory.
* You are naturally action-oriented, take clear responsibility for commitments, and proactively seek support or clarification when needed.
* You possess a sound understanding of operational procedures (7-12 months experience ideal) and have a keen interest in the media industry, ready to actively seek new skills and development opportunities.
