Part time, four days a week with flexible roster Fixed term to November 2026 initially Salary range $73,525* - $79,559* pro rata per annum depending on experience Generous superannuation scheme up to 15.25% Excellent working environment and staff benefits (*Salary ranges will increase under the new Industrial Agreement – currently in the final stages of negotiation).

About the role: This role provides a broad range of administrative and organisational support to the People and Culture team; coordinating onboarding and offboarding administration processes to include preparing offers of employment, coordinating employment documentation and administering the probation review process.
This role also assists with purchasing, data reporting and maintaining employee records, as well as assists organise in-house training and other staff events.
What you'll bring to the role: To succeed in this diverse role, you will ideally have the following competencies: Extensive administration skills developed in a fast-paced work environment.
Capable document processing and computer skills using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel plus experience with data entry and data reporting.
Confident interpersonal skills including the ability to engage with people at all levels.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Proven ability to independently prioritise a busy workload, use initiative and work to deadlines.
Ability to work actively in a busy team environment.
Proven ability to contribute to process improvements.
The successful applicant will be required to provide a National Police Clearance no more than six months old and must have the right to work in Australia.
