Job Overview
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of capital works and maintenance projects across port assets.
You will assist in planning, investigation, and delivery of these projects, supporting the preparation of technical documentation including reports, drawings, specifications, and contract materials.
Additionally, you will contribute to project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, risk assessments, and contractor coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in planning, investigation, and delivery of capital works and maintenance projects
* Support the preparation of technical documentation

* Undertake site inspections, audits, and condition assessments
* Collect and analyse data to support asset performance monitoring and environmental compliance
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Marine preferred)
* Strong technical foundation and understanding of engineering principles
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Project desirable)
* Full Australian work rights and a valid driver's licence
* Willingness to undertake fieldwork and site inspections
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
