Business Analyst - Oracle HCM Optimisation

About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in optimising Oracle HCM systems to improve efficiency, strengthen data integrity and enhance the employee experience. This position requires a blend of analytical thinking, project leadership and stakeholder engagement to deliver effective sustainable technology solutions that enhance organisational performance.
Main Responsibilities:
• Partner with business units to lead analysis of current processes and identify opportunities for improvement;
• Translate strategic objectives and user needs into actionable technology requirements;
• Develop documentation to support Oracle HCM end-to-end processes;
• Prepare and deliver training to the organisation to support maturity in Oracle HCM;
• Lead data governance understanding in HCM to increase system data integrity and build organisational maturity;
• Develop detailed specifications to communicate complex business needs to internal IT teams and external vendors;
• Lead and support IT projects on Oracle HCM roadmap using PMO and governance frameworks;
• Facilitate change management activities including internal communications to support successful adoption of new systems, processes and technologies;
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need;
• A qualification in an appropriate discipline (Project Management, Business Analysis, etc.) or equivalent demonstrated experience;
• Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder engagement skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
