Job Description
Process and manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial insights.
Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
A Successful Finance Officer Should Have
Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in financial administration within the Public Sector is advantageous.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
