We're looking for a confident, hungry communicator to join our fast-paced real estate team.
This role is all about calling, letter dropping, qualifying leads and booking appointments. If you can talk to anyone, handle objections, and aren't scared of the phone – you'll crush it.
What you'll be doing:
* Making outbound calls to homeowners and database clients
* Booking appraisals and appointments for our sales team
* Following up warm leads and nurturing relationships
* Updating CRM and keeping records clean
* Assisting with general sales admin
What we want:
* Strong phone presence: confident, clear, professional
* Thick skin (rejection doesn't faze you)
* Results-driven mindset
* Previous sales / call centre experience preferred
* Well organised and reliable
