The role provides oversight, advice, and hands-on support to ensure information integrity across the organisation, enabling safe, efficient and compliant operations. Additionally, you will support the Group Health, Safety and Training team across all systems and platforms to aid in system administration, support and governance.**The Opportunity:*** Manage and maintain the company's Document Control Management System (DCMS), ensuring appropriate structure, access, version control, and security.* Develop, implement, and continuously improve document control systems, procedures and standards, including maintaining approved document templates.* Coordinate the review, approval, and distribution of controlled documents across business functions, including corporate, operational and project teams.* Provide guidance and training to employees on document control processes, templates, document hierarchy and naming conventions.* Ensure alignment between document control and other management systems (Safety, Health, Environment, Maintenance, Projects, HR, etc).* Conduct periodic audits and reporting to verify document compliance and integrity.* Provide administration support to health, safety and training information systems to ensure support and governance to systems is maintained.* Support health, safety and training reporting requirements to ensure stakeholders are provided with accurate information as required**We're excited to hear from you if you have:*** Significant demonstrated experience in document control, records management, systems administration, reporting, shared file/systems senior administration and project administration work or similar.* Advance Skills in MS office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).* Strong proficiency in SharePoint for managing, storing, and streamlining documentation workflows.* Experience in developing, implementing and managing document control frameworks and workflows Proven experience using electronic document management systems (e.g. SharePoint, InControl, Aconex, or similar).* Support health, safety and training reporting requirements to ensure stakeholders are provided with accurate information as required* Set up and manage advanced SharePoint (or similar system) site features, custom lists, document libraries and approval workflows – highly desirable* Certificate IV in Business Administration, Records Management or similar - desirable* Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Information Management or Quality Systems - desirable* Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and document governance standards - desirable.* Experience mentoring or supervising junior staff or colleagues within systems and document development – desirable### Get In TouchPlease introduce yourself to our recruiters and we'll get in touch if there's a role that seems like a good match.#J-18808-Ljbffr
