About the Role
We are expanding our Tasmania team and seeking a dedicated On-Road Loss Adjuster to be based out of Hobart or Launceston.
This is a dynamic, work-from-home position that will get you out into the field. You will have the opportunity to practice across a number of different disciplines within our broad client base. If your goal is to make your mark in the industry and focus on being an exceptional adjuster while being properly supported, this is the role for you.
Key aspects of the role include:
* Conducting on-road assessments and managing claims from end to end.
* Proactive, transparent communication with insurers, brokers, and policyholders.
* Travel throughout Tasmania and occasionally interstate.
* Participating in local marketing activities to help build and maintain regional client relationships.
About You
We are open-minded about your background! We are warmly inviting applications from experienced Loss Adjusters, as well as Insurance Builders, Brokers, and Senior Claims Professionals looking to advance their careers and transition into an on-road adjusting role.
To be successful, you will need:
* A strong background in insurance claims, building, or broking.
* A clean Police Record (mandatory).
* A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and fair outcomes.
The following will be highly regarded (but not strict deal-breakers):
* Experience with government and/or federal claims.
* Specialist claims experience (e.g., Liability, Business Interruption).
* Currently studying for, or holding, a Diploma of Loss Adjusting.

* Above-Average Remuneration: A competitive solid base salary plus Super, paired with a guaranteed incentive scheme (Ordinary Time Earnings between $100,000 and $140,000 pa).
