ROSEN Australia, Perth, is looking for a Mechanics Technician. The role involves assembling products, repairing and testing equipment used for various products and services, and providing associated documentation, components, and spare parts. All work must comply with ROSEN Group quality and safety standards.
What you can expect Responsibilities:
* Preparing and assembling mechanical equipment according to drawings, parts lists, manuals, and configurations provided by Tool Customizer.
* Visually inspecting all mechanical modules.
* Setting tool parameters.
* Repairing equipment based on provided instructions.
* Checking equipment for completeness and proper function to ensure it meets job requirements.
* Documenting assembled equipment in ROSEN software databases and reporting any documentation issues.
* Providing test reports and other documentation.
* Supporting site personnel.
* Following ROSEN Quality & HSE guidelines and instructions.
* Identifying opportunities for process optimization.
What you will bring Requirements:
* Experience in assembling mechanical equipment according to technical drawings and manuals.
* Ability to work independently on mechanical tasks.
* Skills in visual inspection and testing of mechanical parts.
* Documentation skills for assembled equipment.
* Ability to order parts as needed.
* Basic maintenance skills for tools and equipment.
* EMAT qualification.
* Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
