Securecorp is seeking two part‐time security officers in the Gold Coast to support one of our largest public transport contracts.
About the Role
* Position (1) for Friday & Saturday night shifts, opportunities to increase hours up to 4 nights per week for candidates seeking more than 12 hours.
* Position (2) for a mid‐week to weekend night roster (~26.5 hrs per week).
This role is ideal for individuals who want to earn extra income, gain experience, and make a difference in their community by ensuring public safety and comfort. Officers will patrol moving public transport vehicles, respond to incidents, provide first aid, deliver excellent customer service, and liaise with external stakeholders.
This role involves working on moving public transport vehicles; individuals who experience motion sickness may find this position unsuitable.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct regular patrols across transport environments

* Provide first aid assistance when required

* Prepare accurate incident reports
Skills & Experience
* Valid QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Valid QLD Driver's Licence
* Availability to work Friday and Saturday nights (essential)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to follow instructions and work within a team
* Capability to respond effectively to security incidents
* Professional, reliable, and safety‐focused approach
