3-4 months Pat Leave Contract Data discovery and manipulation, working and transforming HR data to improve usability and maximise the insights Proficiency in Excel (advanced level), Power BI (good to have) - dashboard creation and manipulations of data sets Candidates must have: Australian Citizenship Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance Available for 6 6 months contract Brisbane based or willing to relocate and be based in Brisbane This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator – Cyber to be accountable under limited direction to perform complex work to provide oversight over the Agency’s Cyber Security team’s engagements to ensure that work completed by the team is appropriately managed and engagements are successful. This will include coordinating and managing cyber security projects in a multi-vendor environment, creating and managing integrated project schedules that align dependencies and deliverables, track progress and minimise project risk. The Cyber Project Coordinator has a sufficient level of knowledge to understand technical discussions and directions to communicate technical information to required stakeholders, some of which may be non-technical. Key duties and responsibilities Manage the delivery of cyber security work packages for client’s projects including security requirements definition, integrating security testing schedules, aligning dependencies and tracking progress. Provide the coordination and support to ensure Client’s project is compliant with the assurance and governance processes for policy, security, clinical safety, and design, monitoring progress, gathering information to produce monthly project status reports and other key project documentation. Collaborate with other client’s project managers to develop and maintain project risk and issue registers; identifying and reporting variances and issues; providing assistance and coordination for risk mitigation, response and treatment actions. Coordinate and provide support to monitor, track and report on the status of project deliverables to ensure schedules, cost and quality metrics are in line with approved project plans. Define, plan, and execute the plans to achieve and maintain security certification requirements for the client. Collaborate with and manage the deliverables across the Cyber Solutions team for cyber security architects, risk leads and assurance and compliance leads. Work with teams, partners and/or clients to track progress and compliance against the requirements contained in detailed program, project, governance, communication and reporting plans.
