Our Strategic Sourcing model leverages data and talent insights to design talent attraction and tailored search strategies to find the best talent. We work with the Employer Branding team to nurture and manage the talent pool relationships with curated content to ensure high levels of engagement.What will your typical day look like?Reporting to the Strategic Sourcing Manager, this role is focused on headhunting top talent for in-demand skills, including student and experienced hires. You’ll do this through creative sourcing strategies and nurturing/engaging with talent pools. You will be considered a SME and will bring external insights and data to influence stakeholders.Collaborating closely with our student and lateral teams, you will deliver vital data, market intelligence, and insights to inform our talent acquisition strategy in line with business priorities. You will engage and nurture pre-qualified talent pools, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience that consistently attracts top-tier talent.To help you find great talent, you will use innovative methodologies and tools, and leverage our robust technology stack, which includes Avature CRM, AI Talent Intelligence Platform, LinkedIn Recruiter (and Talent Insights), Tableau, and more.About YouYou are someone with:Extensive experience in a sourcing, executive search, or head-hunting role from an agency, internal, or RPO environmentStrong expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other databasesExpertise in Boolean search methodology and other search techniquesAbility to build relationships with external prospects, talent pool candidates, and internal stakeholders (TA and Hiring Managers)Solid influencing and negotiation skills (using data/insights)A passion for early / student careersFlexibility and adaptability to changing business needs / environmentsAt Deloitte, we focus our energy on interesting and impactful work.
