The Opportunity: As a Senior Structural Engineer, you’ll play a lead role in the delivery of large-scale building projects. Your responsibilities will include: Developing detailed designs and specifications for structures. Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs are feasible and practical, and that they meet project requirements and budget constraints. Overseeing the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented correctly and that structures are built to specifications and standards. Conducting regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify and address any issues, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and codes. Coordinating junior engineers and drafters, providing guidance and support as needed, and delegating tasks and responsibilities. What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a technically strong and delivery-focused engineer with the following: Circa 5 years of structural engineering experience on multistory building projects Proven capability in structural design, analysis, and documentation Experience managing resources, coordinating teams, and working directly with clients Ability to lead and mentor engineers and drafters on project delivery Strong written and verbal communication skills A proactive, practical, and solutions-driven mindset Why Join?
